Overview

A three-location restaurant group looked like three different businesses. We built one identity and a site that turned search traffic into reservations.

01Challenge

Challenge

Each location had its own logo variant, social account and menu format. Menus were PDFs that search engines could not read, reservations went through a third-party widget that broke on mobile, and the group could not measure which channel produced bookings.

02Strategy

Strategy

Identity first, because the fragmentation was costing recognition across every channel. Then a site structured around how people actually search — dish, location and occasion — with menus as real content rather than PDFs, and reservations instrumented end to end so attribution finally existed.

03Solution

Solution

A brand system covering the group and its locations, a website with structured menu content managed in a CMS, location pages with local structured data, and a reservation flow that keeps the customer on-site while handing off to the booking provider only at confirmation.

What we built

The parts that carry the workload.

  • 01

    Group brand system

One identity with location variants, applied across signage, menus, social and the site.

  • 02

    Menus as content

Dishes managed in the CMS with dietary tags, seasonal availability and structured data.

  • 03

    Location pages

Per-location hours, directions and local structured data feeding map and search results.

  • 04

    On-site reservations

Booking captured in the site's own flow, handing off only at confirmation.

  • 05

    Attribution tracking

Bookings tied back to channel, campaign and page, so marketing spend has a reference point.
