The terms that apply to this website, and how they sit alongside a signed project agreement.

This is a template provided with the website build. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction before publishing.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the SaftaSoft website. Project work is governed by a separate signed agreement — where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement takes precedence.
2. Using this website
- You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use or to evaluate working with us.
- You may not copy, republish or resell the content of this site as your own.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
3. Content accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Case study figures, timelines and prices shown are indicative. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a specific result.
Case studies published here use placeholder client names and illustrative figures unless a client has approved publication of their real details.
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, text and imagery on this site are owned by us or used with permission. Trademarks and product names of third parties belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the technologies we work with.
Work produced for a client is governed by that client's agreement. Our standard position is that ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on final payment.
5. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A project begins when both parties sign a proposal or statement of work setting out scope, timeline, fees and payment terms.
Estimates given before discovery are indicative and are refined once scope is defined.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us while discussing a project is treated as confidential and is only seen by the people who need it. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes relating to this website fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@saftasoft.site.
